#12 YOY Holiday Growth
The holidays can be a stressful time of year. Between work events, property events and family events, there are so many places you have to be all at once, which can really cut down on the time you have to rest and relax.
Because of all the hustle, it can be easy to fall into some unhelpful habits (ex: overscrolling, overeating, overspending).
Today's episode is a brief celebration of year over year growth. I talk about how I used to use food to numb the holiday stress - and how good it feels to have learned that's what I was doing.
