#23 - How To Do That Thing You Don't Want To Do

You’re a property manager which means… you have a lot on your plate. 

You’re responsible for maintaining buildings, handling tenant issues, and keeping up with the ever-changing laws and regulations. 

It's no wonder that many property managers feel overwhelmed and sometimes have trouble getting started.

There are plenty of reasons why you might not be able to get started…

  1. The feeling of being overwhelmed by everything you need to do
  2. The fear of not doing things perfectly or of making mistakes
  3. Procrastination because you'd rather do something else or because you don't know where to start
  4. Lack of motivation because it's just too hard
  5. Perfectionism that keeps you from starting anything at all

If you’re a property manager who is struggling to make time for themselves or put themselves first, it’s worth it to look into why you aren’t able to jump right into your most difficult tasks.
