#26 Taking Time Off of Work May Not Feel Good (at first)

Being a property manager can be incredibly stressful, with property managers often sacrificing themselves and going above and beyond to keep their teams on track. But, too many property managers find themselves worrying about taking time off work, even when they desperately need it. 

From feeling guilty or anxious to the fear of emergencies arising while they're away, there's a negative myth associated with taking time off of work that should not exist. 

Here’s the problem: we assume that time off of work should feel good, but often it doesn't because we're out of practice. 

As property managers, it's understandable why you might be hesitant about taking time off work.

However, taking time off of work is a necessary part of being productive.
