Nix burnout and find your work-life balance

Get Over It

Put an End to Overeating, Overscrolling and Over-Doing It

Are You an "Over-Doer?"

Are you a property manager who constantly overworks and then find yourself lost in self-sabotaging behaviors? Taking care of ourselves while also tending to demanding careers, busy kids, and ever changing schedules can feel never-ending. Running from one thing to the next prevents us from taking control of our lives. When we don't have control, we'll likely search for relief.

Ever felt guilty about any of the following..

  • Staying up too late at night watching Netflix?
  • End up drinking more alcohol than you want to?
  • Wasting time sitting in the drive thru because you need caffeine to get through the work day?
  • Planning healthy meals but overeating on takeout instead?
  • Hitting the snooze button habitually?
  • Not taking time off of work because of email overload?
  • Scrolling on social media unconsciously?

These are all signs you could be over-doing it

How to address the real problem so you can get out of your own way and start doing more of what you love

Hey, there. I'm Anna!

I'm the founder of Addicted to Busy - a coaching program for overscheduled property managers who are burning the candle at both ends.

As a kid, my dad always told me, “your eyes are bigger than your stomach.” I would coil over in abdominal pain from overeating and yet, there would still be food left on my plate.

Turns out, this phrase became a strong metaphor for most of my life:
I tended to over-do it.

And when I say “over-do it,” I mean with everything.

I overate, overdrank, over exercised, overworked, overcompensated, overthought, overinterpreted, overshared, overscheduled and overanalyzed.

My deep seated perfectionism coupled with an inability to say “no” drove me to the point where I no longer had time for me.

And how did I cope with that?

… by overeating, overdrinking, oversharing, overexercising….
